INDEMNITY CLAUSE

The customer agrees that the management of Tronic Security and Computer Network Services Corp., its engineers,
systems technicians and employees will not be held responsible for any loss of software programs due to upgrade of
customer hardware and software. The customer does acknowledge that due to this process, accidents can occur and
the customer takes full responsibility. The customer also acknowledges that Tronic Security and Computer Network
Services Corp., its engineers, systems technicians and employees will do whatever is necessary to secure and protect
the customer’s software due to the upgrade and replacement of the hard drive or any accessories. Tronic Security and
Computer Network Services Corp., its engineers, systems technicians and employees will not be held responsible for
any loss of data that may occur due to customer negligence or equipment failure or caused by unknown reasons.
Tronic Security and Computer Network Services Corp. is not an insurance company. If the customer would like to
increase his or her liability during the service and handling of his or her equipment, the customer should contact his or
her insurance company. The customer agrees to, and shall, indemnify and hold harmless Tronic Security and
Computer Network Services Corp., its engineers, systems technicians and employees from and against all lawsuits,
including reasonable attorney’s fees and losses asserted against and alleged to be caused by the company’s
performance, negligent performance, or failure to perform its obligation under the indemnity clause and does not limit
itself to first, second, and third party claims, but includes all claims. The customer agrees NOT to make any attempt
during the warranty period of service or repair to modify or alter equipment during the warranty period. Tronic
Security and Computer Network Services Corp. reserves the right to cancel all prior commitments on the service
agreement and warranty.
